If you are unable to login to your control panel or any SCOF password protected page, here are the most common solutions.

1. Be sure there are no spaces before or after entering the username and password. Especially when copying & pasting

2. After attempting to an login where your username or password is not recognized, on the
    SCOF Membership Account Login page click the link below the login button that says Retrieve your Password.

3. Then you will see a page that says Re-Send my Password.

4. Enter in your email address in which you signed up to SCOF with, and click "send". Be sure to enter it accurately!

5. You should receive your username and password information in your e-mail box within minutes.
    Check your spam folders and junk mail boxes to be sure it is not being filtered out from your main email page.

6. Some ISP's such as SBC Global, ATT, Bellsouth and others arbitrarily block notifications from the Membership Manager
    control panel. Keep in mind the Membership Manager server is different from the Forum mail (Groups.IO) and the SCOF
    mail (Superformance.Org) so it is entirely possible to have notifications blocked while getting mail from the other two.
    This issue is something only you can resolve with your service provider.
