When we built our home 6 years ago and I built a large 4 car garage only to find out my wife wanted it to look like the inside of the house so I was no longer able to do any of my car projects at the house. I found 10 acres of farmland 9 miles from our home and built what is the first of 2 planned buildings. The one pictured is 40 X 80 with one half completely finished with heat, air, paint booth and fully equipped workshop. The other half is currently used for storage only. Later this year I will build a second building the same size but completely finished and use primarily as a showroom for current cars and those yet to be acquired. The current building will remain a workshop although it has 2 seating area's, a fridge always full of beer, humidor, shower, TV, Stereo and all the other necessary amenities to build a car. There are always projects underway from engine building, to complete car construction. Wednesday and Friday afternoons have become "mancave shop days" and there are usually a few extra hands available to help with whatever is currently underway.
