I wanted a dedicated Cobra garage that would not promote moisture, was inexpensive and allowable in city building and tax codes. This steel sided wood building only cost about $4,500, made completely of wood and built on all wood floor joists in gravel bed and is completely movable, which means it is technically "non-stationary" and therefore is not taxable. It also slips by building code requirements as if it were just an 8'x10' temporary garden shed. To complete the non-stationary claim, electrical power is piped in from the basement of the house 15' away underground through a buried 4" PCV tube using a 12 gauge contractors extension cord. Later on I found with careful parking it could also handle two Superformance Cobras. (whew!)
