The garage is  located in the mountains north of Madrid, Spain. It is placed under our house, which was built in 1989. I finished the garage (as it is now) during the next 6 years, with lots of help from kids and wife. In-floor heating, white tiles, painted walls. No A/C as you don´t need that over here. It is now close to the capacity limit (I guess that is always the case, no matter how big you build it). So we are planning to build a new garage (double the size) with another house on top, in the small town where I was born. The city is in the western part of Spain near Portugal. We already have the lot, which is located in the historical area of the city, where the cathedral and old castle are, and the build will start in 4/5 years when I am ready to retire. All cars but the GT 40 are in Spain. GT40 still in the US but she will be shipped to Madrid in a few months. Garage in the US is just a 2 car attached, but nicely painted and clean. Just for the cars (my son´s Mustang lives there too), not used as a warehouse!
