I have an adequate attached garage but when my girlfriend decided to sell her home and move in with me, the Cobra and the Tundra needed a new home. I drew up a sketch and had a builder give me a price. The building is 30' X 40' with the back 30' X 10' comprising a studio and screened porch. There are a lot of things I would have changed and I wish this "garage" feature was around 3 years ago. I'd be a lot more happy. Anyway, I have the Cobra and Mustang in the heated side and the Tundra is in the unheated side. Mona's Miata is slid over in the corner of the attached garage. I should have made the "stand alone" garage bigger...much bigger.
