After my last house I lusted for a dedicated Toy Box area for the toy cars. Our new home  in 2006 only had a 2 car garage so we added on another two stalls. To separate daily drivers from toys we added a wall between stalls 1/2 and 3/4 with windows and a door wall. While both 'halves'   are heated, the toy side is also air conditioned . Artwork, car memorabilia, car models help decorate. There is 30 lineal feet of built in cabinets and work bench area. Plenty of daylight windows, 2 walk in doors, cross ventilation , compressor and wall mount shop vac, power drop cords, 110 and 220 circuits, stools on wheels, work bench on wheels, tool chest on wheels - and much more. It is not the biggest or fanciest - but it works for me, especially during our long winters affording me plenty of tinker time before plenty of summer driving time.
